Aquinas American School and Getafe International MFA had the pleasure of hosting Clemente Villaverde, the General Director of Getafe C.F., who gave an incredible motivational Master Class to our players, talking about the importance of balancing a career in athletics with a well developed academic life. 

 

During his chat, our students learned about his experience as a professional soccer player in Atletico de Madrid, and his transition from soccer player to administrator of this great club. He then shared his thoughts about the change to Getafe C.F. and how this new stage in his life has opened amazing professional opportunities for him.

 

Getafe C.F. gave our students an original shirt signed by all players and our team captains, Dario Occelli and Max Ogawa, gave Mr. Villaverde a little thank you gift to appreciate taking the time to come and visit the team.
