He joined our Getafe International MFA program after 12 years of professional experience coaching 2nd and 3rd division teams. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Physical Education and two master degrees: one in Soccer Physical Preparation and another in Education.
His specialty in the team is to personally assess the performance of the players and manage their daily training schedule.
He is a UEFA-PRO coach who worked in the Spanish Soccer Federation before joining out team.

Meet our Varsity Head Coach Borja
Borja has a bachelor's degree in Physical Education and Sport Sciences from the Universidad Francisco Vitoria in Madrid, specializing in High Performance Soccer Training and Physical Preparation.
He has been a player in 3rd Division and 2nd B in Spain for 8 years as well as a youth Soccer Coach in Spain for the past 10 years in different categories U-10 U-12 U-14 and U-16.

He joins our Getafe International MFA program after 4 years in the US as a student athlete playing NCAA D2 college soccer in Kansas City. Atlético de Madrid academy product from 2015 to 2018, he holds a Bachelor Degree in Sports Science and Sports Management at Rockhurst University. Loads of experience around soccer in different parts of the world, actually playing semipro in 3a RFEF in Madrid, Spain.

Meet our Junior Head Coach Pablo
After 15 years as a professional soccer player in first division and in European competitions, Pablo Gil joined the Getafe International MFA team and leads the training of our Junior team. He has been champion both in Spain and Europe.
He holds a UEFA A certification and is currently preparing his and UEFA PRO certificate. Pablo studied his Bachelor degree in Physical Education, Nutrition and Fitness Coach.

Marta Nieva is an enthusiastic physiotherapist who holds a Master Degree in physiotherapy and has a diploma certificate in Football Medicine. She has also worked for two professional soccer clubs in Spain.

It is his first year in Getafe International MFA program. After having dedicated his whole life to the world of soccer, he decided to study physiotherapy, to later work in the lower categories of Getafe and in the international soccer tournament (MADCup).
